Who called from 3607389320

Called over and over again, when I answer they say they cant hear me and then hang up. I have tried calling them, but the line is always busy.

Called my number with "survey" storey. Wanted names etc. Super fishy.

this is a bellingham wa number...called me twice on the same day  but hung up on me both times,...says it is a landline when I call they hung up or just let the phone ring

Have received 6 calls from this number to my cell phone over the past few days (as of March 2, 2009).  3 calls per day over 2 days, about 1 1/2 hour apart.  Did not answer.  Call disconnected when it went to voice mail, no message.  Spam!
