Says he's David King in N.Y. Caller ID says Everson Washington, just another garbage scam. Pieces of S?:T want you to send them $ to reactivate your eligibility to have your Publisher's Clearing House Cash Prize delivered by UPS tomorrow at noon. They aren't even smart enough to answer the phone by saying "Publisher's Clearing House"  what a joke!
