Who called from 3607614289

This woman claimed to be from the U.S. Federal Govt Bank and that they were giving out grants and all I needed to do was pay for the wire transfer fee. I never heard from her. When I kept calling back, she did not answer. When I called from another number, she answered. When she found out who I was, she hung up in my face. I want to know who this is so that I can file a lawsuit.

We r on the phone right now talking with her about gettin grant money. It's been a long ordeal that has lasted since Saturday.

So how long will it take before you figure out it's a scam? After she steals your money?
