They keep calling and hang up when call back number not working

Rec. call from this number today.  They said my name, I said this is her and hung up.  Broken English so bad I could barely understand him.

Just a scam trying to get your personal info so they can steal from you. . They think everyone is stupid and will accept their offer of free money, all you have to do is give them your bank account # for their miniscule fee, whatever it is,  then they rob you blind and you never see a penny of what they offered,  plus you have no leg to stand on legally,  because you authorized the payment of the fee. ..DON'T FALL FOR IT,  nobody cold calls people offering money. .

Same as most, broken English, said my name and nothing else so I hung up, I hate these calls

Left a bunch of background talking on the voicemail.  Sounded like broken English from people that didn't know what they were doing.
