Didn't answer, but this number called me at 2in the morning !,

Called me at 1:43 in the morning.  Did not answer - only rang a couple of times - you know - enough to wake me up, but not enough for me to answer.  Which I would not have done anyway.  No message was left.  Caller ID just shows number and Washington.

Do any of you ignore calls from creditors?  I think this might be their way of checking to see if we are still alive.

Tried to facetime me!  WTH is wrong with people?
