This is a company trying to sell a wireless security system.

Called at 08:21AM EST. I usually don't pick up, but I was feeling froggy. Picked up and immediately put it on mute. Technically, they (telemarketers) cannot talk until you say something; robo-callers tend to follow suit. They/it hung up after a whooping 3 seconds. WIN! :P

This number has called my cell which is supposed to not get telemarketing calls

Spoke into line nobody answered back. Called 2x already this morning.

What legal technicality says they cannot talk first ?
