Received this call  on Mon. 2/29/16 @ 1:10 PM EST.  I'm sure it's the same old garbage as several others all having the word 'merchant' in the title.  Guarantee it's a scam,
The ID name likely stands for "Merchant Financial" WAshington state.  Yeah, sure!  that's on the other side of the U.S. from me!
