I filled out a survey yesterday then was offered several samples. They called 7 times this morning from 5AM on. Wanted to confirm an order I supposedly placed ?? but needed to confirm my name, the expiration date on my credit card and my address. Got their name # phone number as Luxia Skin Care 888.598.0354 Warning! Scam!
Got a call at 5am, they tried to sell home insurance, hung up. When I call number back the recording says, "The Sales Department. Sounds Fake to Me! Thanx, Vanessa V.
i clicked on to some survey that popped up. It was a real quick one and after, you "win" these products you can take advantage. I filled out an offer for some kind of cream. But before I hit enter, I looked at terms of service to see they sign you up to receive this product monthly and charge your account Sure enuf, they charge $89 every month....so I cancelled out of that. Wish I could remember the name of the company....anyway no doubt that is who callled me yesterdayumpteen times. sO SICK OF THESE GREEDY TELEMARKETERS
I just tried to order diet pill that John Goodman allegedly endorsed from Harvard University. I thought I cancelled the order because the screen kept popping up with additional offers of supplements they said had to go with the original item. The original order cleared my checking. As soon as I "cancelled" my phone rang three times back to back. I had to block number. Definite connection to stupid online order.
