It's the drug addict "Card Services" ex- acorn workers at it ILLEGALLY if they called on your cell phone or on a number that is on the "Do Not Call" list, committing outright fraud and multiple felonies in violation of the TCPA laws. go to the FCC's website and file a form 1088B and also go to donotcall.gov and fill out the complaint there. MAYBE someday they will get a all expenses paid trip to beautiful central IRAQ and we can use a magic marker and give them a dotted line for a necklace and stick a note on their back that says in Arabic "cut on the dotted line" .
