Who has this number?

I received a call claiming to be the IRS they want me to call back I believe it's a bogus call

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

Thanks for the info. We received a call this morning at around 8:00am saying we were being sued by the IRS. We have already filed our taxes and gotten a refund. We were pretty sure this was not legit.

I keep getting call from an unknow number asking me to call this number 360-807-5517 it state that IRS is filing a law suite agent me and I need to call this number. When calling this number you get no answer. This is the second time I have gotting a call asking me to call this number.
