Left message about the IRS would be suing me this afternoon unless I called back immediately. I returned the call an a male with a heavy India accent answered the call. He said something about coming to my home to serve me with legal papers. I told him to FO. This is a SCAM. Please do not fall for it. This is not the iRS. Do not send this crooks any $.
Called my 74 year old mother and said they were IRS and going to sue her. She about had a mental break down. So I called back and told them I laid a curse on them for karma to be mirrored unto them, read it over the phone and asked Indian scammer if she understood me. She said yes and I hung up. So angry about the panic they caused an already stressed older lady.
Robocall, IRS scam. Didn't answer the call as I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. The number is on my block list now.
FYI, if someone is going to sue you, they're not going to call you and tell you. They'll send you an "intent to serve" notice, then they will physically serve you. The IRS already has your address, they wouldn't have to call and ask for it.
This is a scam!!! Do not fall for this!!! I nearly had a heart attack when I received this phone call regarding the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. A bunch of Chinese and Indian speaking people answering the phones. This is why I am voting for Trump to keep all these good for nothing scam artists out of our country!
