Who called from 3608191080

This is a scam.  They texted me on 111/3/15 "(Blk{3406} Unfortunately, your BankOfAmerica_Visa is temporarily Blocked.)  Please.call#3608191080 to unblock it.SMS-[8] sent by [email protected] (Please note that my text contained hyperlinks that I suspect if I clicked on would open a virus)

It has scam all over it!!. Got the same message blocked caller and deleted the text.

Got same text message about Bank of America VISA is blocked. Says call this # ASAP. From [email protected]

Got a call saying to call the #3608191080 BAC debit card has been blocked.  Scam
