called again today and i answered with my company name and there was no response. this is a scam. no one from the irs will call you saying they are filing a lawsuit. yesterday the caller said he was from the irs and his name was erick brown.
He just called and when I said I was on the do not call list he said why and I said remove my number. He asked if I could under stand the F word laughed and hung up
