Multiple robo calls since November 2014 thru January 2015. Finally they tell me they are some kind of auto telemarketer. Also using the number 360-841-7321.
This phone number has been on my caller ID 3 times lately, & does not leave any message, just hangs up like the rest of the robo calls I get. If it is a spammer, I'll block the number

Yes, I called this robo call number and it is a company trying to sell extended warranty coverage. They recording doesn't state the name of the company and you get a message stating the person at extension 21 is on the phone (followed quickly by a tone).
The company is the Vehicle Processing company, they will use network IP telephone numbers to spoof any range of numbers and saturate robo calls to lists numbers they purchase from off shore companies.
Their practices are illegal, yet this has been allowed to continue for years.
A little research turns up hundreds of complaints (if not thousands) that are buried because the complaints are made towards the network provider the telephone numbers are spoofed through. http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/global-crossing-local-services-west-virginia-c123502.html

For some reason it is very common that these calls come through one source http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Crossing
However, a quick search also reveals that Global Crossing was acquired by Level 3 communications; a company that has been accused stealing data from Germany for the NSA; and stealing data between google and yahoo. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/26/technology/a-peephole-for-the-nsa.html?_r=0
So this story goes a lot deeper than just our having to deal with robo calls.
