A poorly recorded message saying the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. It very harassing. I get these calls from different numbers 3 times a day. My thought is it may be someone harassing me and others by using a computer app that gives Internet phone access and you get a dif number whenever.
The IRS sends you mail. Lots of mail. If you ignore them they take money from your bank account or keep your paycheck. Never will you receive a call until you call them. Especially a recorded voice that doesn't even use your name or give a ref number.
