They left a message on my voice mail. They said they were IRS and were filing a lawsuit against me. I need to call 360-851-1342 to get more info. I tried calling the number, but no answer.

This is a scam and has been reported as such in numerous news outlets recently. The IRS has a warning on it's website and directs those who receive such calls to report them here:
Received a call from this number that they were from the IRS...... got disconnected and tried to call back. said they were fro the "head office" and something about an audit. Transferred me to an attorney when I couldn't understand what the person on the phone was saying due to her strong accent.
