An Asian voice Stated that I am being sued by the IRS. When I called back, that wanted a case number. I then advised him that I am a former IRS employee and that the IRS would not leave that type of message. He hung up.

10/5/15 Received call on my cell...same thing that Troy above described. The accent was strong and difficult to understand Said Criminal charges and was demanding my attorney's name since I didn't respond in March to papers which were never sent. I told him he was a scam artist. when I asked for his supervisor he said that he is the supervisor. When I demanded a second time, he hung up.
Same as above. Called my cell phone with a recorded message stating they were the IRS and that a lawsuit was being filed against me. I tried to call the number they left just to give them grief and tell them to remove my number from their calling list and it just rings with no answer.
