Who called from 3608511764

Received a robo message from 607-734-9187 instructing me to call 360-851-1764 because it was my final warning of the IRS filing a lawsuit against me.  I called and a man with an Indian accent answered the phone and identified himself as the IRS.  I said I was calling because you're filing a lawsuit against me?  Then he said "YES I AM, YOU [***]" and hung up on me.  I have reported it to http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml  Unbelievable world we live in.  Creeps.

Same, same - only I did not call back, the IRS doesn't phone.....

2 nd call today same as all other people  irs going to sue me  call 360=851-1764  its a scam I wish I knew how to stop these callsno name

You can file a complaint using the FTC Complaint Assistant at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Information?OrgCode=IRS#crnt&panel1-1; choose “Other” and then “Imposter Scams.” If the complaint involves someone impersonating the IRS, include the words “IRS Telephone Scam” in the notes.

Called and said lawsuit against us with the IRS.  Told them would contact attorney, and he hung up!
