Called at 6:43 AM and said that they were calling about an online survey that I had filled out- I don't fill out online surveys.
Based on some quick research, it appears that, PAC - WEST TELECOM has service that provides a mask number for a caller/entity so that the call appeared to be a local number- (at least for me) with a 360 area which caused me answer the call. It is hard to trace the real caller this way. This is just a guess, but probably a good guess.
Called my 360 phone number this morning at 6:23AM. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Based on reading other comments on here, I can say that I did not fill out any online surveys nor am I in need of employment or employment services.
