Got  a voicemail on my cell phone from the above number while I was on a cruise.  The message they left, which is very muffled, referred to  having 24hours  only to call back before the cops showed up at my door.  Reading the other comments posted on this site, it seems this is a very big SCAM being perpetrated from that area code  - 360 - somebody in government should investigate this matter.
