Just received a call from my voice mail as well. thanks for posting an alert on this scam...

360-861-4117 scam calling in Central Ohio.  Caller claiming an IRS suit for Tax Fraud is being filed.  As mentioned, IRS would NEVER contact by phone for litigation purposes.

Poor quality voice recording from "IRS" claiming to sue me.
SCAM******************
Reported to local authorities.
IRS would never leave a voicemail.

Call is from Washington state.

got the same message saying that it was the IRS so I called the # and a male answered IRS in broken English.
