My parents rec'd 2 calls one on 11/3/15 at 11am, and another on 11/4/15 at 9am. both calls came from 360-861-4280. They stated they owed the IRS money and they would be sued. thanks for your help!!

Elma, WA claiming an IRS law suit against me. Called them, could tell it was a scam and hung up. Called Verizon (my carrier) and had the number blocked. Total scam to get your personal info and money. Be alert!
Automated message that the IRS is suing me and telling me to call them back.
Maybe everyone who has access to a fax machine should fax back to the number and tie up their lines.
This guy and I got into a shouting match. That's when I knew he was a scammer. I put him on hold 13 times!!!! He still kept robo calling me. Finally made a complaint to FCC and local FBI. IRS has too many leads to follow. I wish they would spend some of my tax money to find this jerk and shut him down. If I find him, I'm going to mow his lawn. Guaranteed.
Scammer: Final Notice fromIRS that I have been sued. IRS only communicates via US Mail. They will not call you. You have to be served a supeona when you are sued, so there is no such thing as Final Notice of a lawsuit.
