This man claimed to be a man named oscar. First day he called he try to give me a loan. After he got my bank account number and social security number he hung up on me. Today he called asking me very vulger personal question and wanted me to move to Washington and marry him. Now i am bieng harassed everyday all day. I block the number and they call from another number. What can i do.

Are you saying you gave a complete stranger on the phone your bank account number and social security number?  If you did, then you must contact your bank ASAP and tell them to place fraud alerts on your accounts.  Also contact at least one of the three credit bureaus - Experian, Equifax, TransUnion - and have them place fraud alerts on your files as well.  You will also have to look at purchasing identity theft protection, since you handed this scammer all the information he needs to open fraudulent accounts in your name.

IF you gave him your bank information---CALL THE BANK NOW!!!!!!   Also check your credit ratings with Experian, etc.

File a report with your local LE and also your phone service provider so they can place a tracer on your phone.  If he has your information, you need to take steps also. One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

someone call me on this number and saying that I apply a loan and when I said I didn't they said that they will charged my bank 150 dollars for cancelling
