Got a call.from them today. Yesterday it was Ossining New York with the same message. 2 weeks ago it was Kissimmee FL. SCAMMERS!  They are overseas and all middle easterners named Paul Cooper and David Smith.  Lol!  Come on guys get a better name! I got Paul Cooper so mad at me he started swearing at me. Haha he sounded like a 3rd grader trying to get away with dirty words behind his mommy's back.  Losers!! Probably using the money they stole by scaring the hell out of the elderly to support isis !

Scammer...Saying IRS suing and to call the number. IRS will contact you by mail if they want to get ahold of you... Don't answer or call them back... Block the number

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

Just received the same call--from Hoodsport, WA.  The IRS does't do things over the phone.  They notify you properly in writing, through the mail.  This is most certainly a scam call, hoping you would fall for it, make the call and subsequently devulge all kinds of information you shouldn't give over the phone.

This is a scam got the call today about the IRS suing me. It's all a scam don't fall for it. They just called again.
