Who called from 3608839209

Cell phone rang 4 times.  No message.  Of course did not answer or call back.  I have just been reading that many of these calls can spoof the area code to make it appear as a US call, when in fact it is from a foreign country and if you answer or call back, charges can really add up.

Call no caller id or message

Received 2 calls in a row. No voicemail left

No caller or ID. I did not answer it.
