This numer is actually Wells Fargo Collections Dept! They do not legally have to leave a message and they can keep calling you until they receive a answer from you! But if you do not give them a legally correct statement for non collection they can keep calling and it is not harrasment. So if you answer and say stop calling your a idiot! If you just avoid the calls they'll keep coming! If you say they have the wrong number and you are being dishonest and they have proof, they will keep calling "Change your VM to not say your name if you really want to quit getting called and not pay your bills" Also they are a very strict company so if you default make arrangements! But I am saying this because I used to be a bill collector and I know the way it works and the laws...
