This is what feels the umpteenth of many phone numbers I've received that start with "360-904". Apparently this was from Vancouver, WA, and a quick search of Hodges-Directory.us shows the number indeed belongs to someone (listed name withheld for privacy) in Vancouver. But I doubt it's still that person's.
