8/26/09 6-7PM PST Called 3 times in less than 60 minutes. First two times I let my answering machine take it. I heard breathing and then they hung up. The third time I picked up in case it was just a legitimate wrong number. Silence on the other end, then a hang up. I called the number back. No answer. Called again and let it ring about 15 times until a Verizon recording said "the owner of this number is not available." If this were a legitmate call I'd expect someone to pick up, or voice mail to pick up after only a few rings. My call rejection will not let me reject the call even though I am in the same area code.
The persons first name is Jon, He did the same thing to me. I reversed number searched him and found his first name and that he went to Mount Vernon High school class of 1998. I hope that it's a start for you.
