I've noticed several calls on our caller ID from this Port Angeles number when we weren't home.  I wasn't sure if it was someone we knew or not so didn't block it right away.  Today I was home when they called so I answered. A recording said that there was a claim against us and they needed our name and social security number.  I have it blocked now.
