ID was "Marketing," but is actually the very very  OLD carpet cleaning scam (or duct cleaning or fireplace flue cleaning).  they are criminal scum, and place millions of calls each day.  The numbers are spoofed, and they frequently change the ID.  Is impossible to keep these evil jerks from calling ... and there is no one stopping them from operating.  They belong in jail.

Caller ID reads "Port Angeles WA". No msg left on answer machine !
I'm on the Fed DNC list, which apparently is never enforced.

Do you realize that the Federal DNC List does not prohibit people from calling and not leaving a message?
