Same thing. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL! They say it's the IRS and they're going to sue you - their "last notice." Do NOT give out any personal information. They try to intimidate you by these threats, but they will just try to steal your identity. Report all calls!
Just got this Scam IRS call, left a message same as the others. Have reported it to the FTC, and you should too! Just go to https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx
File a complaint, the more everyone does this, the quicker the calls will stop and they will find them.
