They called immediately after we indicated on a website that we did NOT wish to be contacted for further infomation on colleges. They had a very broken accent, difficult to understand, and the static and other noise was pretty bad. So, it may be a WA prefix, but am thinking they are calling from India or somewhere. I told them not to call back - to remove our number from their list.
