I did call him again and told him I was recording the conversation. He went ballistic and said something about what we did to Afghanistan and money to make up for that, was so hard to understand him. I could only make out a few words. He was middle eastern, not Hispanic. I told him I could not understand him as his English was horrible. He hung up on me.
Initial robo call, left message stating IRS call about defrauding and to call back before I was prosecuted. Call from Castle Rock Washington from a David Monroe with a thick Hispanic accent. I could not understand him. He said to call back as he could not hear me. Decided to check if this is a fraudulent call. Apparently it is.
I received a call today regarding the same exact thing, which left me curious. Called back and there was a language barrier and I told him I have to call back, in hopes to speak to someone else. Called again and no answer....Must have been lunch. Saw your post and I agree....I thing its a scam
