A machine answers saying they are accessing your records. When they answer the phone, they are recording your call, they are called OUT REACH RESOURCES, or could have been (Out Source Resources). I told them they were also being recorded and they suddenly had phone problems and hung up. So, I would say they are a collection agency. Based upon MY financial difficulties I'm sure it is a physician's office.
