Received another call. They always call late, like 8pm. They never say anything to my machine.

Called late no msg again. I think its a scam

Calls in the morning, 8:30 am.  Never leaves a message.

they call around 8pm for weeks at a time and then stop. Tired of this, they never leave a message and I refuse to pick up.

I called back immediately after receiving a hang-up call from the number 360-977-7874.  
Voice message said, "Magic Jack customer not available.  Please leave a message.  Sorry mailbox is full and cannot receive any more messages.
I would not answer a message from an unidentified caller unless I have a family member that is traveling at the time.  Just in case it may be an emergency.
I am the victim of identity theft and two someone's are using a separate phone number that I have and claiming it is theirs from everything to doctor's appointments to hair appointments to opening bogus jewelry store credit accounts.

Since I do have a great investigative team on my identity theft perhaps they will investigate this for me as well.  Perhaps it is the same people.
