Who called from 3609808157

I just got a call from this phone number.

Keep receiving calls from a debt collector in Washington claiming we owe money for an ambulance call. Won't give a name and call here constantly.

Many calls from this number so today I answered.  The person was very difficult to understand, strong accent.  She asked for my sister who has passed away.  When I told the person this she asked for a spouse (there wasn't one)...at this point I again asked who was calling and she wouldn't answer she just again asked for a spouse.  I read the previous post and this very well might have been re: and ambulance trip.
