I received a call from this number as well, from Aberdeen, WA. owner of number is Bustamant, Fredy. Female asked me if I was who I was, when I confirmed it she asked if I spoke Spanish. When I said no, she said okay and hung up.
I've been getting a call from them every single day for the past few weeks and finally called back today. They never leave messages, but when you call (just like everyone else has said) someone says "Thank you for calling ___ how are you today?" in Spanish. I said "I keep getting calls from this number... could you please stop calling me?" She replied "Yes, do you speak spanish?" and I said "No." So she said "Okay, sorry." and hung up.
