They keep calling me even though I have opted out and told them to take me off their calling list at least 3 times in the past

Calls me. No one on other line. who is it?

It's a telemarketer from Knee/back brace for medicare patients.

They keep calling my home phone, and now they are targeting my cell phone.  There must be a way to shut these scammers down and send them to jail.

Just got the call on my cell phone.  They don't leave a message cause they know they are calling a cellphone and they know how much people hate spending their minutes retrieving their voicemail.  Added to my ever growing blocklist.
