Who called from 3612141838

This came in as a missed call on my cellphone. I tried to return it on my landline and wouldn't go through. I use my cell for texting only and this was no text message.

missed call,, called it back and some "rewards card" scam, another number to the black list

Called and I answered but there was nothing but silence on the line. They hung up after a few seconds. Who knows...

Called and hung-up before I could answer. No message.

This number rang twice and quit, I tried to call it back and go no answer
