Received several calls asking to speak to our doctor claiming they are from the Castro Valley Dentist Group. When pressed as to what this call was about, the lady says she does not know. She was only asked to leave this message.
Received two calls asking to have the Doctor call Chris with the Fort Smith Dental Group in between patients. Since She Gave no Explanation and the Doctor was not interested in whatever it was. I googled this number to see what it was, since a Fort Smith Group Would be Area Code 479... Glad I looked this up and that others posted on this!!!!!
We received 4 phone calls from this number regarding the Fort Smith Dental Group. The lady who called (Chris) wanted to speak with the doctor between patients. Something about the call seemed off, so our scheduling coordinator called the number back to see what it was regarding. They transferred him to Chris, who then said she wanted to talk to us regarding the Fort Smith Portal. This is a telemarketer or scammer. He didn't give her any information, and got off the call.
