Receive calls from this number and they don't leave a message. When you dial the number, message refers to receiving a court summons for a lawsuit. They give any type/form of business name. Only that calls are monitored.
Got a call from this number, no one answered. Called back and was put on hold. Says that it is a National Agency which I am assuming is a collection agency.
