I answered this call because it was a local number, figuring it was probably a bill collector trying to get people to answer by using a local number like they do now..but this one is one of those scam companies.  SHe was of bad dialect so I could not understand her very well.  SOunded like lawyer or attorney something.  WHen I asked her to repeat it she said " yeah" and went on with her spill.  I made up something rediculous like "You said you were with what chicken restaurant?" and again she said , yeah, and went on with her spill.  Anyway - long story short - it is ia scam company that tries to get you to pay them thousand or so dollars to begotiate a modification on your mortgage or on your credit card debt...claiming they are fighting predatory lenders.  I told them I was an attorney and knew how to negotiate modifications, but what else do you do, and they abruptly cut conversation saying, we wish you the best of luck and hung up real fast.  This page says the call came from Budapest Hungry!!
