These a hole told me i owed a company money which i did set up a draft .they told me i would get a letter never got it Basta#%$%^ds .called them back number was wrong even on bankstatement .Im pissed They said we will correct it on your credit report ,Huhhh never happened ..Tracking them down they will be caught .......bunch of punks...
Got a call from this number today saying that I owe them money from a loan that was paid off. Looks like they are a collection agency. They would not send me a validation letter of the debt. They gave the name of Erie Mitigation Group. When I search them online it gives the location of New York but the call was coming from Corpus Cristi, Texas. In the process of fdoing my due diligence but I know I paid this loan off and I have bank statements and a settlement letter to prove it so F$%^ them.
Got a call from this number for an acct which I have proof I never rcvd the funds for company

these bottom feeders will never take you to court. Court means exposing their illegal activities. In fact the companies they claim to be collecting for are foreign and are not registered in most states.
These cowards will not send you anything in the mail because that gives law enforcement a trail to locate them, that's one reason they have spoof telephone numbers which is a violation of federal law.
Just send a letter/email to the original lender and keep copies to preserve your rights under the FCRA( Fair Credit Reporting Act).
Additionally, keep an eye on your Trans Union, Equifax,Experian reports.
Finally, these crooks are afraid of courts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thinking about setting up a website to expose these bottom feeders, details will come.
I receieved a call today regarding a loan I borrowed 6 months ago. I paid $300 of the $400 I borrowed, and they said they would send a receipt. They werent as bad as I have experienced in the past.
