Called.  Left no message.  Tried to call number back from a different phone and continuing to get a busy signal.  Feels scammy.

Called and hung up after one ring.  Do not know anyone in this city.  Feels like the similar scam reported where they expect you to call them back and then you get long distance charges.  I did not call back.
