my phone system blocked this for me but records show it made two attempts back to back both listing as at 2:06pm,
Currently I have my system set so I never hear anything while it giver known spammers (I'm part of a herd spam block) the 'dee doo dee doo we're sorry this number has been disconnected...." tone with message.
I found it interesting that this one had to call in rapid succession in the same minute to hear that message twice.
Leads me to believe either an autodialer system hiccuped, or there is a live person involved
they call and say I owe money, talk very fast, can't understand every word..say I owe money and give case number and 888 number to call and resolve. It's very threatening and confusing by design. yesterday they called from a different number. I don't owe anyone!
