Just got a call from this number at 5:45AM - did not answer and they left no message. Caller ID just said Texas. Don't mind ignoring these calls, but this is way too early to be calling.
This is from a credit card merchant service company trying to lower your rates if you are a company accepting credit cards. Its all automated and has a long delay before it starts playing. I just hung up. They call repeatedly.
I too have the so call "NO CALL LIST". What good is this. It has not stopped calls. Although I do not answer them, it is a pain to deal with. I am thankful for caller ID and the good ole fashion answer machine to screen my calls.
