This number called and I missed the call so I called it back. I got a recording saying that I had reached a non-working number. Obviously a telemarketer or scammer. Do not answer these calls.

Received a call from this number, spoke to an agent who had a foreign accent. When I asked him his name he hung up.
The recorded message stated that it was concerning lowering my interest rate. I am on a do not call list.
