A caller by the name Charles Goodwin left a message on my cell this is a third party collection agency. The guy Charles Goodwin even threatens w/federal investigation the guy is a complete idiot, rude, obnoxious & not professional at all. He did not leave who he was calling for since my number is new I was not about to call this guy back & allow him to talk to me like what he left in the message. He can send his BS fedarl papers to my mailbox
