The are a scam debt collector and say going to file papers for civil suit for debt way past statute of limitation in TX.. Which is 4 years.
No one ever calls to warn you they are serving court paper. I like to harass them back . They do not appreciate it. well yhey need to leave me alone. liers thieve. either don't answer or cuss them a bunch a lot ..
