Ray calls all the time from different number in Texas. I actually called back and got through and hung up. We should all call him back several times when he calls us and try to keep his line all jammed up with incoming calls so he cant bother others. I like to keep them on the line as long as i can and waste their time if i am driving and have nothing to do anyway.
This person called me last Sunday morning, and he was soliciting funds for the Police, and I assumed that it was in Texas. I told him that it was Sunday noon, and I had no time to talk to him.
